Homemartgoo™ maintains a documented review process for product returns to preserve quality standards and operational consistency.

Return Inquiry Period
Return requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for evaluation, items must:

• Remain unused
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all supplied components
• Show no signs of installation, wear, or alteration

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:

• Final clearance merchandise
• Special-order products
• Used or assembled goods
• Items sent without prior authorization

Authorization Procedure
Before returning any item, customers must request written approval by emailing service@homemartgoo.com with order details and a brief explanation.

Inspection Review
Returned products are inspected within approximately five business days after receipt.

Refund Handling
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on financial institutions.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an internal fulfillment error.

Damaged Delivery Notification
Visible damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.
